For some odd reason, traveling to Batanes from a city in Philippines costs more than a trip from Philippines to any Southeast Asian country. So if you’re flying within Philippines, Batanes is worth the expensive flight and more. There’s no price for the amount of light you’ll experience here. You’ll feel closer to who you are, closer to your spirit if you’re spiritual, and closer to God if you’re religious. And I promise you will discover things you didn’t know about yourself. I had way too many epiphanies to count each day I was here!
